What Happens at Your First Visit

Your appointment begins with a bit of paperwork, as you would expect at any health practice. From there, Dr. Balta will sit down with you to talk through your current condition, your history, and what you want to get out of care. Then he will perform a thorough physical examination and take any necessary x-rays to learn more about what is actually causing your pain.

Once the examination is complete, we will look at the overall results together and come up with a plan of action built specifically for you. We will talk about the type of treatment you will be receiving, any preparation needed before care begins, and when you can realistically expect to see results.

We will also discuss lifestyle changes that can support your goals, from posture habits to movement and stretching. As your partner in improving your health, Dr. Balta will be with you every step of the way during your treatment.
